Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States. Shipping is free on every order.

Timing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 6–12 business days after dispatch, and you'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. If tracking hasn't moved for more than 5 days, email us and we'll chase it for you.

A note on PO boxes

Because the wrap contains a rechargeable battery, some carriers restrict PO box delivery. If you only have a PO box address, email us before ordering and we'll confirm whether we can reach you.

Lost or stuck packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days of the ship date, contact us at lumessalabs@gmail.com — we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice.
